TMF Group - Manager - Internal Finance - CA

Job Purpose: The incumbent will report to the India Finance Controller & manage activities at a country level

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage & lead the entire gamut of Finance & Accounts

- Ensure compliance with Direct and Corporate tax

- Ensure compliance with GST

- Preparation of Periodic MIS and review financial fluctuation analysis

- Preparation of Annual Financials and liaison with Auditor

- Analyze organization specific demands and provide solution

- Supervise and coach team members

- Allocate engagements to subordinates based on their experience and competence

- Implement internal control procedures and train team members

- Responsible for preparing/reviewing invoices and collections

- Work with HR on recruitment activities, performance review and employee relations matters

- Attend seminars for networking and development purpose

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in CA firms or akin organization

- Excellent in stake-holder management and interpersonal skills

- Sound knowledge of Accounting, Direct tax and Indirect taxes

- Exposure in handling Tax assessments would be preferred

- Good command of written and spoken English
