The role is responsible for design and review of the recognition initiatives across the Group.

Key responsibilities in the recognition space.

- Design group wide recognition policies processes e.g. Long Service Recognition, Pride Policy Review, Team Incentives, etc.

- Work with BCOEs to review effectiveness of the recognition initiatives/policies, promote adoption, gather feedback and loop back into the design process.

- Work with recognition vendors to keep our recognition offering cutting edge.

Key responsibilities in the Reward Communication space.

- Understand all reward, benefits and recognition related products and develop content (Videos, Print, Social Media, etc.) for communication to employees, Managers, BCOE, Business Heads, etc.

- Set standards for communication and review the effectiveness of the reward communications

- Be the owner of the inhouse portal content across the reward products

- Work on employee and manager surveys on reward areas e.g. post launch of a products post ACR, etc. and feed the research into new design across products.

- Run group wide communication initiatives e.g. Know you Compensation know your benefits, etc. Work with BCOEs on the business specific communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities in the New Initiatives space.

- Scan the market for market practices, external research, conduct primary research on RRB areas.

- Suggest areas where we need to revamp our products and services, draw a blue print for change.

Key responsibilities in the Capability Building space.

- Understand what capabilities are required in the BCOE/GCOE managers and employee space

- Understand who are the experts who can deliver the capability content to the relevant audience.

- Develop content and delivery of the same via internal experts, external consultants/ online content, etc.

Key responsibilities in the Business SME space.

- Be the business front end for CHROs and BCOEs on all RRB products.

- Have a deep understanding of the Business sectors and its competitive scenario including business performance, challenges, opportunities

- Have a deep understanding of the RRB practices in the Business sectors and bring this to bear during the design and review of RRB practices for the businesses.
