HRBP TM / AM Business Partner should have experience in the entire gamut of HR activities right from Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, Comp & Ben and Performance Management. Plays a key role in the Organization and drives organizational Initiatives and ensure that it meets the organizational objectives.
Competencies
- Life-cycle right from resource Management, Position Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Grievance Management
- Guide or educate the respective stakeholders about Corporate Communication Design and Dissemination, provide inputs on the desired communication message
- Knowledge about the state laws, rules and regulations and sure that all policies and process are compliant
- Work with business to facilitate Goal setting process and ensure that are aligned with organizational goals and drive Performance Management System (PMS) within the agreed timeline
- Support Business for its Organizational Development to increase the effectiveness through planned change in process and systems
- Collaborate with business and recommend Employee Engagement and Welfare Initiatives and implement the best practices
- Strong knowledge of companies Policies and Processes; able to handle employee queries with respect to policies and process as appropriate with a quick turnaround time
- Ensure that HR solutions are aligned with business strategy
- Knowledge about the statistical tool and analytical skill; able to provide relevant metrics and dashboards to the business to make HR-related Business Decisions
- Facilitate the training requirement and evaluate the post training effectiveness
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to plan and drive CSR initiatives
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- MBA specialized in HR would be preferable
- A minimum of 7-10 years- experience in the similar role
- Hands-on experience in HRMS tools - preferably workday tool
