Experience: 4+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Extensive experience in US Staffing

- Effectively lead a team of 3-4 Technical Recruiters; share responsibilities for results; provide support; and represent team plans.

- Target oriented. Should be able to meet individual targets and team targets.

- Ability to motivate team members,deliver constructive advice,diagnose.

- Expertise in IT Recruitment .

- Strong ability to communicate effectively: oral and written to co-workers at all levels of organization.

- Strong understanding of processes, US taxation terms, recruiting strategies etc

- Excellent proven track record of placements

- Experience working with direct clients preferable.
