TL - Operations - Contract Manufacturing - FMCG

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation of the Global Quality Policies at the site and improve score of the QCMS by sustainable system growth.

- Ensures Process Control parameters derived for product specification to achieve Consumer Relevant Quality Standards.

- Facilitates validation of new process and equipments, lab equipments. Ensures that appropriate validations are carried out as defined in the approved validation master plan, completeness of all validations, protocols and final reports.

- Evaluates and ensures implementation of corrective action plan drawn due to Consumer complaint & deviation or out of specifications results which may have an impact on product Quality.

- Co-ordinates and conducts training programs on Quality systems, GMP, HACCP, Communicable diseases, allergen management & controls at site to bring Quality awareness and concept of Quality ownership.

- Ensures that the personal directly involved in the Manufacturing & packing, testing and distribution of product are appropriately trained.

- Ensures effective implementation of Food Safety Management System & prerequisite programs, GMP, Sanitation Controls, Change Control programs and Calibration of all the equipment listed in the Calibration Master list according to the predetermined frequency.

- Ensure that HACCP is implemented at site and QCP / CCPs are monitored with due rigor. Carry out verification of the HACCP plan at scheduled frequencies. Facilitate accreditation of site from international organization for quality systems (ISO - 9000:2000), Food safety (HACCP), etc.

- Readiness of the site for the Global QP, CQA and regulatory audit with compliance of all requirements.

QA labs: identify areas of improvement and work around to continuously improve the same. Ensure that Analysis as per cos specifications and test methods. Provide necessary training & support to QA Lab analysts on International policies and procedures.

- Facilitates updating of all Quality documents i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Batch manufacturing records and logs to ensure consistent Quality of products produced at the location.
