Team Lead – International Accounts & Finance

A Chartered Accountant who wish to achieve professional excellence in field of finance with a leading manufacturing company.

Role: Team Head

Reporting to: Chief International Accounts

Salary: Open and flexible (not a constraint)

Job Description:

- Ensure that the subsidiaries accounts comply with each country laws and with Company group policies.

- Review, on monthly basis, Actual performance of International subsidiaries v/s Budgeted performance and in discussion with each subsidiary identify reasons for variance to Budget.

- Prepare and present analysis of each subisidiary performance to Senior management.

- Review Cash Flows, Internal Controls, MIS etc of International Subsidiaries

- Ensure that the overseas subsidiaries have adequate funding arrangements and if need be to organie funding from the parent company.

- Carry out monthly Scrutiny & Review of International Subsidiaries accounts.

- Review of Internal Audit Reports of International subsidiaries and flagging important points.
