Position Title - Team Leader – Financial Planning & Analysis

Location - MetLife GOSC (MCC)

Basic Function

- Report out monthly performance of Finance Function to Sr. Management and Governance

- Liaison with Finance Sub Functions on all their reporting requirements, create and report out on a monthly basis

- Manage functions internal calendar and updates to CFO on a weekly basis

- Prepare review decks for Internal and Management reviews

- Preparation of Finance decks for all State side customer and EG Visits

Expertise required

- Non Negotiable - Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills

- Excellent Analytical, Research and Data Management skills

- Strong database skills with the ability to pull together data and perform data mining from disparate data sources.

- Business modeling including gathering & compiling inputs.

- Ability to build advanced-level predictive models
