TD – Management Reporting

Member of Management Reporting.

- This team provides financial analysis and management reporting support to the US based Home Loans and Insurance Finance team. Offshore team is normally involved in Preparing Budgets, Forecasts, Plan variance analysis and various other management reports.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

Graduation degree, MBA/CA inter preferred

- Experience : - 3-4 Years

- Strong skills on MS Excel & VBA

- Experience should be Strong quantitative analysis skills or FP&A required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Prepare monthly financial results packages, ensuring proper analysis and interpretation of performance are provided to senior management

- Prepare expense budget variance reports explaining factors driving variances compared with prior periods and plan.

- Consistently looking for ways to apply process knowledge along with technology to enhance business capabilities within the organization.

- Ensuring adherence to procedures and company policies. Is comfortable resolving issues working directly and swiftly with support partners.

- Work with onshore team to understand business, research details and build/validate financial models.

- Involvement in annual / quarterly budgeting / forecasting exercise

- Assist in various ad-hoc data analysis needs through reporting dashboards, analysis of trends & variances, financial / statistical modeling

- Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) with clients are met

- Develop a high level of product and business knowledge for the industry

- Ensure quality of work meets the department standards by establishing quality control checks into the processes
