Looking for Customer Service Team Leader for Leading Ecommerce Company.
Job Details:
Position Name - Customer Care Team Leader
Position reports to - Customer Care Head (India) / Global Head of Customer Care (Based in Buenos Aires)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Mission:
- Act as a nexus between the manager and the rest of the team members. Provide advice to the Customer Care team members, leading the team and organizing basic daily tasks.
- Provide detail on the Job specific responsibilities, and the goal of each duty performed. Assign a time percentage to each task.
Responsibilities %
1)Help the members of the team when they have doubts or questions related to the daily work 40%
2) Supervise the fulfillment of daily task and accuracy of tasks performed by team members 20%
3) Function as a link between Customer Care members and the Manager transmitting improvement opportunities, comments, etc. 20%
4) Other duties as assigned (EG: legal emails, etc.) 20%

Minimum work experience requirements
Desired Requirements (not-excluding)
- At least 3 years experience in customer service, communications or related field
- Experience in multi-cultural and multi-language companies
- At least 1 year experience as team leader
Educational Requirements
- Student of one of the following: Social Communication, Psychology, International Relations, Business
Administration degrees are desirable
- Upper English level a must
Functional competencies
- List knowledge or behavior you would expect from a successful incumbent in this position (Eg: Being able to translate user’s needs into technical requirements)
- Being able to perform basic duties when needing to cover for absent employees
- Being able to proactively detect Customer Care needs and abusive content prevention and improvement.
