TIWPE Capital Advisors - Operating Associate - Portfolio Company Management - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS

The Candidate will closely work with CXOs of Portfolio companies of the Fund on strategic as well as operational initiatives. Will provide analysis for better strategy formulation, execution of key initiatives and provide analysis & suggestions for better operations management. The Candidate will be involved in Strategy Execution at ground level for Portfolio Companies. Be responsible for overall performance of the portfolio company from PE fund perspective. Candidate with P&L handling skills will have advantage

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and report back to Fund Portfolio Managers

- Responsible for overall performance of the portfolio company from PE fund perspective

- Build & implement strategies along with promoters & PE principals for better growth of the company.

- Help in company operations keeping in mind the future value creation of the company

- Suggest changes in process, new strategies etc. for improvements

- Provide strategic analysis for better strategy formulation

- Present internal process reviews of portfolios for better internal control

- Prepare and present analysis, reports on fund and portfolio performance & profitability regularly

- Hands on execution of strategy, by working with Middle Management of Portfolio Companies

Skills and Experience :

- MBA from reputed B-School

- 8 to 12 years of experience post MBA and few years of consulting background is a must

- Good P&L management skills

- Should have good business acumen

- Must have excellent presentation, communication & analytical skills

- Working experience with strategy team in corporate or with consulting can also be looked at

- Prefer someone who has consulted manufacturing/chemicals/fmcg/technology or similar companies
