Store Manager - Taneira (Sarees)

The scope of the role: Responsible for the entire sales and retail operations of the store.

Job Profile :

- Ensure execution of sales targets as per plan

- Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising

- Training and supervision of store staff

- Plan and direct store operations, including

- Inventory control and security

- Co-ordinate the marketing of the store on a local level

- Responsible for upkeep of stores

- Monitor security systems

- Ensure exceptional customer service by store staff

Key Deliverables :

- Retail sales targets

- GHS target

- Efficient managing of stock

- Maximizing sales and profits of the store

- Customer Service and implementation of customer loyalty programs

The right person :

- Any Degree with 8 years of experience in retail sales.

- Should be good at People, process and Product management.

- Experience to local retail marketing/promotion activities and customer experience management would be an added advantage

- Good communication skills

- Should be a team player

- Preferred local candidates
