Scope of the role :
Understanding dormancy and taking steps in reducing the same by planning series of activity through the year
Job Profile:
- Ensure visible improvement in the data Fill rate (100 %).
- Anti Dormancy Initiative
- Achieving the target of dormancy winbacks for the year
- Planning the calendar of activities to ensure connect with dormant customers, and working with CEEs to execute the same
- Conducting a customer research for better understanding of dormancy
- Using various insights to plan for data models and analytics related to dormancy
- Speaking to dormant customers regularly, and creating a panel of customers for the same
- Ensuring measurement and mapping of winbacks and ROI understanding of each activity
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve (specific accountability) of winback to the tune of 50K
- Conversion target of 4 %
Right Person :
Understanding of CRM and loyalty programs. Understanding of Factory visit
- 2 years experience in loyalty program
- Basic of data analytics
- Process oriented person
