Titan - Senior Manager - CSR

Responsible for driving overall strategy with respect to one vertical of CSR policy ie Education, / Girl child program, apart from one off large projects as defined from time to time, reporting to the Head of Corporate Sustainability

- Creating Strategy on Education and girl child programs in CSR at Titan

- Strategizing the Scholarship program, including newer possibilities and upgrading existing Titan Scholarship programs

- Responsible for independent monitoring of few grant based programs including the Uttarakhand Relief and Rehabilitation program

- The candidate should be in a position to independently research, identify, dialogue, assess and be in a position to recommend NGO's/ partners for support

- Implementation and monitoring of programs in line with the CSR policy guidelines, including period visits, audits and reviews

- Ability to work as a team with fellow colleagues, including other vertical heads and junior colleagues .

- Bring in innovative practices into the field of CSR under the given vertical and programs
