Regional Visual Merchandiser- Jewellery
Job Description:
- Education Requirement: Design graduate in Product/ Space/ Visual Communication (preferably NIFT/NID).
1. VM Planning & Installation:
- Identify visual merchandising requirements for new and existing products based on feedbacks received from customers, competition study etc. which can be either merchandising driven or campaign driven or VM led.
- Coordinate with IRSG and regional merchandisers for ROM, graphics and other VM requirements for all existing and new stores.
- Provide inputs on sizes and requirements to create the element store distribution list for every location.
- Receive and record all the VM kits and manuals received from corporate teams.
- Ensure installation of the VM kits in the store through the identified store VM champs.
- Record and submit proof of installation to the corporate teams and escalate in case of any issue.
- Facilitate a smooth feedback channel related to the VM kits from stores/ regional teams.
- Ensure availability of the ROM, graphics, decorations and craft walls for new store launches.
2. Space management: Space optimization:
- Create store VM planograms in coordination with merchandising and regional teams during any new store or collection launch.
- Collect and apprise the feedbacks from relevant stakeholders regarding the quality of ROM, display graphics, creatives etc. to the Manager VM Compliance Jewellery.
- Conduct periodic study in existing stores to optimize the product display space and maximize product visibility.
- Identify new spots within stores to enhance visual product display.
3. Visual merchandising compliance & execution
- Support and resolve the issues regarding audit compliance and ensure on the closure of all issues through liaising with regional sales.
- Ensure Campaign execution of the VM elements as per the intended design and ensure statutory compliance of the Titan policy in every store.
Training & development:
- Explore new designs and concepts by attending workshops and seminars across locations and encourage team members as part of skill building exercise.
- Selecting and conduct training session for all store VM champs on VM standards to ensure timely launch of campaigns with desired quality.
4. Field sales operations management: Sales territories management and planning:
- Develop store visit plans while considering the region-specific events/ festivals and ensure store upkeep and maintenance of all VM elements complying to the desired VM standards.
- Participate in exhibitions, local events, regional festivals etc. showcasing the latest VM concepts and designs with coordination from the regional sales teams.

5. Store expansion & renovations:
- Coordination with the IRSG teams in creating layouts for all new stores, store expansions and renovations.
- Update and replace the display graphics periodically during all new collection launches and expiry of licence.
