To lead sales operations for prescription frames - Fastrack and Titan both in Trade market
Job Profile:
- Conceptualize and execute Go to Market for Distribution of Frames in Trade market
- Drive Topline and NSV for frames Business
- Responsible for management of payout and BTL budgets
- Devising tactical strategies to drive continuous growth - Schemes, Best Buys and similar interventions in Trade channel
- Continuous engagement and streamlining of operations for internal partners like ISCM team and external partners like Distributors and Dealers
- Drive the sales strategy through a strong industry and market knowledge of competition margin structures, processes, incentive plans and relationship management
- Effective brand presence across key outlets for tactical and strategic initiatives
- Act as interface between market and product team to continuously improve product portfolio
- Identifying new prospect for Regional Distributor appointment
- Working closely with ABMs to drive new expansion opportunities
