Job Details :
To support in the development of comprehensive leadership development plans aligned to the overall business strategy and drive the interventions to promote future ready leaders for the organisation
Job Requirements :Education :- MBA in HR preferably from a premier college
Relevant Experience :- 5-7 years of experience post MBA
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in designing, and implementing development planning learning journeys and other talent development initiatives

- Knowledge of skill gap identification methodologies (e.g. AC/DC, MSF, performance-potential matrix etc.)
- Knowledge of psychometric/assessment tools
Process Contribution :Leadership Development : Annual Operating Plan 1. Provide inputs in the development of the annual calendar based by chalking out the various development journeys and associated budget
2. Internalise the approved final plan and budget cascaded for determine the plan of action
Leadership Development : Junior/Mid level - Program Design and Planning 1. Design/Curate learning journeys for high potential talent programs
2. Liaison with the leadership team and stakeholders in the HR team to align the development plans to to the business strategy
3. Provide industry best practices and perspectives in the design of development planning for talent programs
4. Identify the areas of development based on the feedback from the participants and industry benchmarks to revamp the programme and present recommendations
5. Program manage the implementation of development initiatives liaison with the consultants and ensure that its as per the plan & guidelines
6. Tie in development plans in alignment with inputs from succession plans/inputs from talent reviews as the case maybe
7. Establish and execute rigorous evaluation methodology to capture high impact metrics and ensure effective, timely reporting of the metrics to key stakeholders
8. Follow up with stakeholders on high impact metrics
Leadership Development : Junior/Mid level Program Execution 1. Lead the efforts in curating/creating varied program elements as per journey design - Immersions, Mentorship, Social Immersions, Learning Labs
2. Shortlist and finalize facilitators for the respective learning element
3. Anchor scheduling of learning journeys, participant communication and engagement as appropriate
4. Liaison with business leaders and counterparts in the HR team to drive development initiatives for relevant cohorts
Leadership Development : Senior/Top Management 1. Anchor the diagnostic process for new SMT/TMC members as per timelines
2. Participate in the IDP conversations with SMT team to refine the IDPs and to curate the development journey
3. Provide requisite support in the conduct of the SMT programmes as per the guidelines
4. Identify high impact metrics for the SMT program and publish a dashboard of the metrics periodically
Vendor Management :1. Identify the learning partners/consultants based on their suitability / offerings / expertise to best partner with the firm based on the requirements
2. Manage the relationship with the vendor to ensure the seamless conduct of the programme / initiatives as per the plan and guidelines
