Titan Company Limited | Manager HR Business Associates Engagement
Context : Titan has more than 1800 stores across the country of which 80% are franchisee stores with approximately 10000 workforce. This workforce is in our stores and they deliver our brand promise to our customers.
The Business Associates (BA) HR Engagement team influences and shapes the people practices for one of our most critical stakeholders - Franchisee/ BA. This is being set up with the expectation of establishing & delivering HR practices through the businesses, with the end objective of delivering a seamless customer experience across Titan's company stores & franchisee stores. This team will work closely with the Head HR-Business Partner and the leadership team across businesses, regions & COEs.
Role Description :1. Conceptualize, design & roll out in partnership with COEs, guidelines for key HR processes covering employee life cycle management (practices such as recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management, compensation management, engagement & career management)
2. Evaluate & finalize options (internal or external) for building the capability of Business Associates on key people practices & processes such as assessment processes, productivity, performance management, development, career conversations & progression.
3. Support the governance and statutory interest of the organization in line with the legal framework. Ensure adherence to statutory guidelines by Business Associates through the line managers
4. Create & implement measures & methods for monitoring adherence to & effectiveness of HR processes by the BA's.
5. Execute a support system for managing manpower requirements & quality of BA staff
6. Standardization of Employee Experience for Franchisees
7. Analyze trends and best practices in the industry on BA management & develop customized solutions for Titan's Business Associates network
8. Set up standardized processes for an investigation into and resolution of all grievances and ethical concerns
9. Design & deploy a menu card of employee engagement initiatives for BA employees through the line manager
10. Leverage technology to drive BA employee engagement
Desired qualifications, skills, and experience :- In-depth understanding of HRM concepts and functions
- Around 5-8 years of work experience in HR operations/ Employee Lifecycle management/ Sales HR/Regional HR roles in FMCG, Retail, Telecom or Food and Hospitality sectors would be preferred
- Exposure to handling HR for a distributed workforce model is an added benefit.

This requires the ability to deal with ambiguity & agility in scale.
