As Manager - Compensation & Benefits, you will:
- Help define the total rewards strategy for the organization in alignment with business goals
- Participate in compensation/benefits surveys to periodically determine the organization's positioning
- Support the design and deployment of competitive rewards practices
- Assist in the definition, management and review of pay ranges
- Support the employee cost budgeting exercise and manage the budget through the year
- Design dashboards and reports to gain insights into the effectiveness of rewards practices
- Review employee cost periodically with key stakeholders and provide inputs for cost management; develop and deploy internal operating procedures and controls for managing budgets
- Support the timely completion of key monthly and annual compensation activities such as the annual compensation review and promotion cycles
- Work with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Business Managers) to support hiring through compensation fitments
- Work with IT to ensure accuracy of compensation systems and tools
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, policies and operating procedures
Requirements for the role:
- Postgraduates in HR, Math or Statistics
- Upto 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- MS Excel skills
- Drive for results, accountability and integrity
- Influencing skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
