- We are seeking a Client Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, focusing on enhancing client experience (CX) and driving brand outreach.
- This role involves building strong relationships, engaging with clients, and scaling up outreach activities across Hyderabad and Chennai.
- You will be the key point of contact for regional retail efforts and will play a crucial role in managing client engagement, with a particular focus on bespoke and tailored experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Seeding & Acquisition: Engage and reconnect with the Prive client base to create interest and drive walk-ins.
- Expand reach and seeding efforts across Hyderabad and Chennai through one-to-one and one-to-many client interactions.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to effectively capture and analyze data and insights from client interactions.
- Client Experiences: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the region, coordinating with retail and Symova to ensure seamless execution of client experiences.
- Gather and track data and insights from on-ground teams, focusing on the quantity and quality of client experiences.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of images, feedback, and client testimonials to document successful engagements.
- Bespoke Engagement: Increase engagement for bespoke services, targeting repeat clients from Zoya and new clients from the PCG (Private Client Group).
- Monitor ongoing opportunities and proactively create new ones in response to client inquiries.
- Keep CRM updated to track all active opportunities and new queries.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in client development, client engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce, for data tracking and insights analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and tracking feedback effectively.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to scale up brand outreach initiatives.
- Experience with bespoke or luxury client engagement is a plus
