1. Devise and implement a comprehensive product strategy for ecom aligned with the brand's positioning and target audience. This involves identifying product categories and ensuring the right mix of products to cater to customer preferences and market trends. This involves forecasting demand and ensuring timely availability of products.
2. Develop the merchandising plan & calendar detailing the channel specific collections to be launched aligned to market trends, collections to be retained / discontinued, activation plans, with the price points aligned to the business targets
3. Taking live the regular offers as well as getting additional offers like best deals, etc for e- com
4. Undertake market research to develop customer / competitor insights and identify opportunities in the online jewelry space
5. Undertake review of the sales data for demand planning. This covers to identify the monthly sales variances, stock performance, variances, sell through, category sales contribution, bestsellers online.
6. Mid-funnel dashboard with reporting at price band and category level to aid drive conversions & suggest which catPBs to push
7. Periodic cancellation and returns analysis
8. Ideate & execute shoots as per omni requirements as well as closely collaborate with brand team on shoots
9. Work closely with the factory team for on time deliveries
Requisites:
1. 6-10 years of work experience
2. strong analytical skills
3. Strong understanding of demand planning and forecasting
4. Must have experience in website catalog management including shoot and imagery on the website
