Position: Lead Security & Admin (Jewellery Manufacturing Units)
Location: Hosur
Reporting to: Head Security & Admin
1. Scope of the role
- Development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Loss Prevention and general Admin procedures including employee and asset protection.
- Planning, implementation and audit of sustainable processes towards Zero Pilferage.
2. Job Profile:
- Define the role of overall department
- Create changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Set department targets (KRA) & prioritize the same in line with company objectives.
- Strategize initiatives to continuously improve functional efficiency of asset protection and administrative services.
- Identify developmental needs for the team.
- Plan training for department personnel
- Identify areas of improvement to ensure continuous improvements in the dept.
- Revenue and capital budget planning
- Design goals, KRA & KPIs for the team.
- Review performance of the team periodically through performance appraisals.
3. Key Deliverables:
- Ensure material safety and zero pilferage.
- Risk assessment and addressal
- Design and implement robust operating procedures.
- Implement an effective and efficient security incident reporting and investigation process
- Identify and provision for physical security training requirements
- Formulate Admin budget
- Ensure deliverables from service contractors in accordance with SLA.
4. The right person:
- Ability to analyze complex situations, make relevant deductions to advise and inform practical solutions
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively, to direct peers and to senior leaders / executives.
- Strong leadership and management skills especially in the areas of organization, driving results, innovation, motivation, and cost effectiveness.
- Must be a strong collaborator with the ability to drive and achieve results
- Must be proficient in Tamil
