We are now poised for our next phase of growth and are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate new customer acquisition.

Role Overview:

As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will own and execute the strategies that drive significant increases in customer acquisition. You'll combine a data- driven mindset with innovative channel expansion to deliver high- volume, high- velocity growth at or below our target CAC.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnerships & Collaborations;

- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners who can expand Neo's reach.

- Develop co- marketing initiatives (joint webinars, referral deals, etc.) that deliver tangible lead- gen results.

PR & Media:

- Drive brand visibility and credibility through targeted PR campaigns, media engagements, and thought leadership opportunities.

- Manage relationships with relevant industry publications, podcasts, and press outlets.

Data- Driven Marketing & Budget Management:

- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to meet ROI and payback targets.

- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, derive insights, and iterate rapidly.

Content- Led Growth:

- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and product marketing teams to unify content strategy across organic, social, and paid channels.

- Integrate SEO best practices and SEM campaigns into cohesive growth initiatives.

Top- of- Funnel Conversion Focus;

- Own and refine the funnel from first touch to sign- up, working closely with CRO or UX teams to optimize landing pages and nurture flows.

- Measure, analyze, and report on lead quality and conversion metrics, constantly testing new approaches to drive better results.

Qualifications & Experience;

- SaaS & Growth Expertise: Demonstrated success in a SaaS environment, driving self- serve, high- volume lead generation while maintaining low CAC.

- Partnership & Affiliate Experience: Proven track record building and scaling influencer/affiliate programs; existing networks in Western markets is a plus.

- Content & SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with content- led growth motions, including how to integrate SEO/SEM effectively.

- Analytical & ROI- Focused: Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to track and report on key marketing metrics, ensuring spend efficacy and payback period targets.

- Strategic Collaboration: Comfortable working cross- functionally with content, product marketing, and creative teams. Able to unify multiple marketing channels under one coherent growth strategy.

Location: Role is based out of (or focusing on hiring in) Mumbai, India, with potential to serve a global market.
