1. Scope of the role:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of Fastrack's marketing initiatives
- Development of campaign ideas and execution to drive brand agenda
2. Job Profile Assisting in the creative/ Idea Development and Execution of all the Advertising campaigns & promotion plans
- Includes mass media, TV, print, PR, etc.
- Interacting with advertising, media and PR agencies to effectively execute these plans.
- Developing impactful in-store VM for all campaigns
- Working closely with field teams for successful execution of plans
- Analyzing the marketing effectiveness of campaigns
Consumer and competition understanding
- Developing a deep understanding of customers in the category by personal interaction and through formal research
- Regular market visits to understand competition and category in order to create a differentiated brand imagery
- Planning and executing all research on the business
Public Relations
- Execution of annual/ quarterly PR plans
- Working closely with the agency to deliver key brand messaging through effective and innovative PR initiatives
3. Key Deliverables:
- Significant enhancement in brand differentiation across communication touch points aligned with the brand strategy
- Advertising Effectiveness in terms of actual walk ins, sales and brand parameters
4. Right Person:
- About 3-4 years experience in marketing role or advertising agency role in lifestyle categories/ brands
- Creative bent of mind with enthusiasm for new ideas
- Strategic capability
