1. Scope of the role -
This is one of the key roles in marketing team. Leading all the Gold Category campaigns for festivals and other category campaigns for Tanishq.
End to end planning and execution of these campaigns, liaising with the internal stakeholders like - merchandising, retail, digital, media and store teams fall under the purview of this role
This role also manages the digital catalogue, content creation and deployment for the all categories of Tanishq (including studded, men, high value)
2. Job Profile -
- Conceptualization, planning and execution of Gold Campaigns
- Understanding consumer research and applying to customer communication
- Data-driven attitude, using retail and customer data to draw insights, plan segmentation and media mix in accordance to data
- Be the custodian of the internal catalogue for the entire - Shutterbugs and the in-store catalogue Galleria
- Liaise with the digital agency to create content for all campaigns
- Operational efficiency and quick response time
3. Key Deliverables -
- Drive consideration and other brand health measures for Tanishq
- Drive walkins for campaigns (a target is set against each campaign)
- Drive cost and operational efficiencies
- Timely delivery of all creatives to relevant stakeholders
4. The right person-
The right person for this role is someone with a marketing and brand management background from FMCG (personal care), lifestyle (apparel, jewelry and accessories) or Telecom categories.
Should be a people's person, creative, business driven, agile and resourceful. He/she should be able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
