Titan - Assistant Manager/Manager - Warehousing

Scope of the role :

Responsible for :

KEC of warehousing processes to ensure zero error operations and meet changing needs of business

Job Profile :

The job involves :

- Periodic review of all warehousing processes in conjunction with feedback from stakeholders, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

- Support revised processes with necessary infrastructure, technology and personnel

- Interact with stake holders (stores, franchisees, distributors, vendors, compliance team, auditors etc) and proactively prepare for any changes that may be required for future (eg. Transition to GST, change in stock replenishment process etc)

- Identify new opportunities for improvement in service levels, costs, productivity, reduction in pilferage, etc w.r.t processes, concepts, technology - evaluate and implement. (eg - automatic storage, picking, packing, remote sensing, automated inwarding )

Key Deliverables :

- Achieving and sustaining zero error warehousing operations across locations

- Improvement in costs, pilferages, damages, FIFO compliance, statutory compliance

The right person :

- 4 to 6 years experience in new age warehouse management in FMCG / e-commerce environment.

- Good business acumen

- Excellent knowledge of ERP environment and technology related to warehousing.

- Ability to manage external agencies such as service providers, consultants, etc.
