Titan - Area Business Manager

We are hiring a full-time Area Business Manager for Multi-Brand Retail in Jaipur.

The role involves managing retail outlets, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing business growth.

Job Description:

- Sales Planning: Develop and set annual business targets for distributors and dealers to drive sales growth.

- Performance Reviews: Continuously monitor and review the financial performance of retail outlets, identifying areas for improvement.

- Network Expansion: Plan and execute strategies for store expansions and acquire new dealers to increase market presence.

- Trade Marketing: Develop regional marketing plans, secure budget approvals, and implement trade marketing strategies.

- Field Operations: Oversee and manage monthly journey coverage plans, ensuring the effective rollout of sales schemes and promotions.

- Training & Development: Lead efforts in product training, staff development, and recruitment to ensure a well-trained and motivated team.

- Customer Complaints: Manage and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Talent Management: Foster a culture of high performance, mentor staff, and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

- Experience in Retail and Sales.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges, preferably from the 2019-2022 batch
