About Tipbazaar:

Tipbazaar is the analytical marketplace platform which offers stock market analyst to list their tip packages, and offers investors to compare verified performance analytics of stock analysts and their tip packages and subscribe to their tip packages.

About this Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide analytic thought leadership to the identification of pilot concepts in analytic game changing areas.

- Apply machine learning techniques for data to come with innovative products and features that will redefine.

- Analytic leadership to develop an end-to-end technical solution independently.

- Leverage commercial data mining/visualization tools to develop actionable business solutions.

- Develop innovative business solutions to assist in the acquisition, retention, growth, and deepening of customers.

- Provide analytic thought leadership for ongoing modifications/updates/enhancements of business solutions to align to business priorities.

- Work with product managers and designers to build amazing consumer facing data driven products.

- Design and build tools for our Analytics teams.

Requirements:

- Entrepreneur by Heart

- Experience of 2-5 years in Stock Market Industry with some NSE/FRM/CFA or other certification (Preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in the field of analytics, predictive modeling or data science

- B. Tech/M. Tech in Computer Science or other Engineering (or Masters in Quantitative) Discipline from a premier institution

- Proven experience working in teams with end to end real time implementation

- Strong with programming languages like Python and data processing using SQL or equivalent and ability to experiment with newer open source tools

- Strong with analytical and statistical packages like R, Python Scikit-Learn, or SAS

- Some experience working with large datasets and NoSQL solutions like Hadoop, MongoDB

- Strong knowledge of data mining, machine learning techniques, algorithmic optimization Techniques and statistics along with web scrapping

- Endless ideas about how to leverage data set

- Critical thinking: ability to track down complex data and engineering issues, evaluate different algorithmic approaches, and analyze data to solve problems

- Creativity: you can conceive of new data driven products, features, and technologies

- Results: you prioritize, focusing on ideas and features that will have significant, measurable impact

- Planning & estimation: ability to set and meet your own project objectives & milestones

- Ability to coordinate effectively with team members in engineering, design, and product

Location : Mumbai.

Compensation: (Fixed Salary + Co-Founder equity)
