TinyOwl - Sr Manager - Business Planning & Analysis

TinyOwl is a Mumbai-based company founded in 2014 by IIT Bombay Alumni. We are a team of designers, developers and strategists backed by some of the biggest VCs in the world. Job role:-

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, customers, vendors, Cash Flow and capital expenditures.

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. Detailed Variance Analysis.

- City P&L, analysis of the same and discussion for the same with responsible persons.

- Capability to work with functional heads to take the logical inputs from them on various parameters to build the short term and long term plans.

- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.

- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.

- Quarterly and Monthly Financial report. Implement and work on Dashboard reports.

- Analyze financial information and reporting.

- Working with Business intelligence and business development team for insights.

- Working with City Operation Heads and Business Analyst's on various KPI's.

- Capability to exploit the various data warehouses and increase the efficiency of the organisation.

Skills Required:-

- Great analytical skills.

- Good communications and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of tally / MS office / MS Word.
