Job Role:

- To plan and develop all marketing, advertising, promotional activities for effectively executing and monitoring the marketing strategies in meeting the organizational objectives and enhancing the brand. Evaluate customer research; market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plan/changes as needed.

- Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales.

- Undertaking promotional activities to ensuring brand visibility and awareness in metro Markets.

- Sourcing maximum data base through different kind of BTL activities.

- Implementation & evaluation of consumer promotions for all new product concepts.

- To manage the marketing department budget

- Designing and producing marketing collateral's

- Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and Events.

- Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing business plan of and ensure that it is an ongoing part of the long-term business strategy

- Creates and Implements marketing strategies to build new membership, increase current member and provide awareness

Skills-required:

- Marketing Management, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, Product Marketing, Planning & Budgeting

- Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer & Customer Buying Behaviour

- Creative Thinking

- Product Development

- Client Relationship Management

- Preferably from FMCG / eCommerce industry
