TinyOwl is a Mumbai-based company founded in 2014 by IIT Bombay Alumni. We are a team of designers, developers and strategists backed by some of the biggest VCs in the world. Our mission is to connect people with their food. We have started off by developing a smart and simple food ordering application.

Responsibilities :

- Provide strong project management and problem solving leadership related to shaping strategic focus and operational- approach for emerging business initiatives

- Break down issues into key components and design analytical approaches to identify solutions

- Work with other verticals inside the company, pilot a project and deploy it in multiple cities

- Should be able to write business requirements to third parties providing services in the simplest way

- Define long-term process flows for all the business initiatives

Requirements :

- Operations, Start-up, Consulting background preferred

- Ability to understand key metrics/drivers of the business

- Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining organization and control

- Analytical ability - proficient in MS-Excel or relevant analytics tools

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

- B.Tech/B.E. or MBA from pedigree colleges with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
