TinyOwl - Launch Manager - IIT/IIM

TinyOwl is a Mumbai-based company founded in 2014 by IIT Bombay Alumni. We are a team of designers, developers and strategists backed by some of the biggest VCs in the world. Our mission is to connect people with their food. We have started off by developing a smart and simple food ordering application.

Job Role:

- Launch Manager would be primarily responsible for identifying new marketing opportunities by identifying location requirements, defining market, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, execute projected business & establishing targeted market.

- To collect and analyze data on location demographics, preferences and needs to identify potential markets.

- To analyze financial & operational objectives by forecasting requirements, coordinate with supply and execute and plan the prelaunch activities.

- To sustain rapport with supply & marketing manager by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs & anticipating new opportunities.

- To hire & manage team and set up the launch, ensuring their objectives of growth and performance are met. Work collaboratively with the internal team.

- To plan the potential of new market, come up with launch plan and set up the city and also hand over on further business progress.

Skills Required:

- Proven leadership, supervisory and project management skills

- A tactical and strategic track record for delivering research-driven results

- Ability to motivate and lead a team and manage multiple requirements

- Innovative & People management with an understanding Competitive Analysis.

- Preferred Entrepreneurial Background

- Candidate who can work in very agile way and able to come up with innovative ideas and execute in different market needs

- Ready to travel across the locations

- Preferably IIT/IIM grad with 2 and above years of experience
