What you- ll do :

- PAN India Management of all the admin related work including planning, coordination and budgeting.

- Office Administration and Facility Management

- Travel Desk & Fleet Management (Company & Hired), Guest Houses, GET Hostel & VIP Management

- Ticket & Hotel Booking

- Vendor Management and Procurement (Involves negotiation, contract making and maintaining relations with vendors)

- Administrative activities

- Maintaining files/documents/records as require and monitoring incoming & outgoing Mail

- Organizing, sending and tracking couriers

- To perform administrative work like supervision on housekeeping.

- Maintaining the files, records and documents as required.

- Support the ground transportation requirements of guests visiting the company and for employees on business travel.

- Coordinating for smooth running Xerox, printer A/C, fax machine, telephone & Internet.

- To prepare reports & MIS and conduct regular audits of the inventory

- Inventory Management

What you have :

- More than 8+ years of experience

- Have prior experience of administering offices in more than 2 cities

- Preferably from defense, services background, who can manage the function with requisite amount of discipline and empowerment

- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Good negotiation skills

- Target oriented and focused

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Balance between strategic and operational focus

- Systematic approach, Multi-tasking, Time management, Team management and Ambiguity
