Job Role:
- To lead strategic initiatives such as tie-ups with local business partners (B2B)
- Achieve turnover & profit targets, and have a keen focus on achieving the supply target with his / her team
- On-time performance and should take the ownership of his work.
- Identify new trends & opportunities in the market, understand the problems with existing merchants and work closely with the team to resolve them.
- Work with central Sales and/or Marketing Departments to help in implementation of hyper local activities
Skills Required:
- Presently working in similar capacity w/h hospitality / e-commerce industry.
- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills
- Team Management: Experience of handling sales team
- Strong analytical skills & exceptional clarity in thinking
- Candidates with experience in mobile commerce will be given weightage
Min Exp: 3-6 Yrs
- Should have good experience in B2B sales.
