Job Role:
To Lead and manage a sales team of 10 + BDE's and 2 Sales Team Leads.
Diversifying the sources of business generation by making strategic tie-ups with the prospective business partners.
Achieve turnover and profit targets, and have a keen focus on achieving the supply target with his / her team.
Effectively communicate the operations and sales strategy of a Zone to all the Business Development Managers.
Identify new trends and opportunities in the market, understand the problems with existing merchants and work
closely with the team to resolve them.
Work with marketing Department and help in implementation of hyperlocal activities with the sales team.
Hire new recruits and Train the entire sales team to get the maximum out of the team.
Skills-required:
Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Team Management: Experience of handling team is a must. 10 to 15 members team
Strong analytical skills & exceptional clarity in thinking
Entrepreneurial skills will be preferred
Prior experience of mid size portfolio management
Prior experience of marketing campaign handling & planning
Experience 5+ Yrs in sales
