Summary : We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for reviewing and crunching large data sets to extract meaningful insights. Your analytical skills will support business decisions, and your ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights will be invaluable to our team.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.

- Utilize BI tools such as Metabase, Redash, Tableau, and Power BI to visualize data and create reports.

- Develop and maintain SQL scripts, queries, and processes.

- Generate actionable insights to support business decisions.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address data needs.

- Design and build financial models, as required.

- Ensure data accuracy and reliability.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Data Analyst role or similar.

- Expertise in SQL and other analytics tools.

- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort with large data sets.

- Familiarity with any one of the BI tools like Metabase, Redash, Tableau, and Power BI.

- Financial experience with a CA/CFA certification preferred.

- Prior experience in financial modelling is a significant advantage.

- Familiarity with Python is a plus but not mandatory.

- Knowledge of database architecture and design is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
