Summary

As a Product Owner at Tinvio, you will help solve problems faced by millions of small-medium merchants and suppliers across the region. You will manage the implementation of frictionless solutions for them, and drive product development processes to deliver delightful product experiences. You will work closely with our product managers, engineers and business teams to digitise a fragmented and inefficient industry, by reimagining interactions and transactions between suppliers and merchants.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with engineers to implement architecturally sound solutions in an agile fashion, communicating and iterating quickly, shipping releases frequently

- Ensure successful delivery of product by managing user acceptance tests, developing rollout plans, and running implementation sprints/activities at the highest standards

- Define and manage the product backlog, prioritise bug and feature releases in line with the broader product roadmap

- Work closely with product managers and other key stakeholders to collect and synthesise insights on user experience, and identify opportunities to make the experience more reliable and delightful

Qualifications :

- Recent Bachelor's Degree graduate (ideally in Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Analytics / Engineering) at a top university

- Previous entry-level experience in product development and/or scrum team management

- Passionate about product and have some experience and/or understanding of product-based delivery in a startup

- A self-organizer with ability to multi-task and be disciplined about work in a fast paced, agile delivery environment

- Familarity and/or ability to develop strong understanding of technical considerations while working closely with engineers

- Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills in order to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
