Product Manager - Market/Mainline/Licensed Brands
Objectives of Role : Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
Responsibilities :1. Own end to end PLC
2. Drive the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams
3. Analyze customer needs and current market trends
4. Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
5. Collaborate closely with global brand managers, and translate needs for India market
6. Collaborate with design, development & engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, GTM, and release of products
7. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates brand across primary market segments
8. Work closely with retail teams to develop and execute effective merchandizing at the shop floor
