Job Objective:
The individual will work across Timex & the bouquet of licensed brand portfolio of Timex. He/she will work towards creating brands pull through various digital mediums & strengthen brand imagery via seeding it across meaningful PR opportunities. He/she will also engage with influencers to drive stronger brand positioning in our target audience.
Job Responsibilities:
Public Relations:
- Managing pedigree PR for the brand across all mediums- electronic, print, online and trade media through management of PR agencies.
- Provide guidance on appropriate media format, timing, audience strategies, and other considerations for making message delivery most effective.
- Manage and control content and flow of all outbound communications, including websites, newsletter programs, tradeshows, search, online advertising, print advertising, sales materials and client/sales messaging.
- Brand placement and elevation through appropriate press opportunities.
Digital Marketing:
- Have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and driving scale on customer acquisition and driving top of the funnel for the business
- Develop and drive the digital strategy in order to formulate the brand for different customer segments.
- Drives appropriate connect programs with right TA through digital and emerging media.
- Manage content for the digital drivers of the brand.
- Creating monthly digital calendar for all brands to create brand visibility along with our Social Media handles
- Working with various trade partners to leverage digital marketing opportunities through them
- Planning & executing influencer led marketing for brands basis the budget availability
Support Functions:
- Close coordination with product development team for launching the new collections in the market.
- Working closely & collaboratively with various agencies to review effectiveness and efficiency of media spending and propose on-going optimizations
- Working in close coordination with Global Teams, Brand Heads & Brand Manager for seamless execution
Team Management:
- Mentoring and coaching team members.
- Work closely with team, monitor and evaluate the performance of team to ensure achievement of targets.
- Ensure appropriate training and development for team member on functional & behavioral areas.
- Undertake performance of direct reportees and strengthen their performance through constructive feedback
