Senior Manager - Business Development & Institute Relations
Job Description:
- Should have very good knowledge of the Executive Education and Open & Distance Learning (ODL) / Online Learning domain.
- Should have existing relationships with leaders of top Institutes.
- Identify new business opportunities in the executive education and online degree market with new and existing partner Institutions.
- Market research, competition mapping and analytics about the Institutions and programs
- Ensure smooth transition from business development to launch of programs by supporting and coordinating between the Institute stakeholders and internal teams.
- Drive and manage strategic planning discussions with Institutions partners.
- Work with internal business teams to determine new growth opportunities in various product areas.
- Track and be accountable for progress towards development of new programs as per organizations annual plan.
- Owning targets, achieving, and exceeding them.
Requirement:
- Graduates with MBA in Marketing / Operations (preferred)
- Should be aware of the regulatory bodies (e.g. UGC, AICTE, DEB) and ranking frameworks (e.g. NIRF, QS, NAAC).
- Must have great relationship building skills to manage Key Accounts
