The broad areas of responsibility:
Website & Analytics:
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of website performance; develop and implement website optimization strategies to enhance user experience, while increasing website traffic
- Defining events and trigger on website and app and working with tech team to implement the same
- Analyzing how users navigate through a website and app and interact with its content, gain valuable insights to drive conversions
- Analysing heatmaps, funnels, exit pages, click tracking etc. to increase LTV
SEO:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- Manage team of SEO Specialists and SEO agency
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
Content Marketing:
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Analyze web traffic metrics
- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
Retention marketing:
- Responsible for retention marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
- Work on omnichannel strategies including Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Push etc.
- Work on creating and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycle
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
Expertise:
- 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing domain
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Webiste technologies, Content Management Systems
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics)
- In-depth understanding and applications of technical SEO
- Ability to align with business teams and aligning goals
- Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal skills, self-starter
- Experience in managing team of 5+
