We work closely with the most celebrated brands and enterprise tech companies in the country, offering a variety of advertising solutions and helping them reach the right audience.
Skills Required: Excellent in Brand Solution, Ad Sales, Media/Digital Sales, Display SalesPrimary responsibilities: 1) Create business opportunities in the assigned regions from scratch.
2) Responsible to drive the revenue target and grow the revenue and Y-O-Y yield in the assigned regions.
3) Identify and drive growth opportunities in the assigned regions.
4) Regularly engage with and drive partnerships with long-tail clientele and performance-driven marketers who aim to reach out to, engage withand convert the right audience set.
5) Understand client's business objectives, problem areas, long-medium-short terms business goals, marketing challenges, sales cycle and interpret briefs from clients and their media Marketing divisions, etc.
6) Formulate 360-degree solutions with a digital first approach on Business Insider in a way that the solutions provided caters well to the brands marketing funnel/objectives.
7) Provide relevant and appropriate solutions to clients with campaigns and monetization opportunities.
8) On-board new clients and retention of existing ones.
9) Ensure delivery on performance of campaigns to ensure customer delight with prospects of increased revenue.
10) Spear-heading client servicing initiatives in the assigned markets.
11) Display Ad selling on Business Insider for the assigned regions.
Essential Requirements:
1) 4-6 years of digital media sales experience in brand solutions and display sales in the news industry.
2) Must have existing contacts and connections with top brands, agencies/resellers.
3) Must have prior experience of Ad Sales, working with clients in Tech and the Telecom sector.
4) Must be able to establish a great working relationship with direct clients.
5) Must possess exceptional Presentation skills.
6) Must have a flair for numbers and ability to make deals/proposals & costings.
7) Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
8) Good communication & interpersonal skills.
9) Quick at problem-solving & trouble shooting.
10) Proactive & a self-starter.
