Position Summary :
Times Internet (TIL) is India's digital product company & a venture by The Times of India Group. As per ComScore, it has the largest Indian online repertoire, with 250 million+ monthly visitors, with category leaders such as Times Of India, Economic Times, MXPlayer, Gaana, Cricbuzz in its portfolio.
Revenue Strategy & Analytics team is looking for a research personnel to own responsibility for creating B2B marketing content such as whitepapers, articles, blogs, mailers and thought leadership papers with a strong objectivity on business outcomes (leads, conversations, revenue) and a strong bias for your target audience. You will work in a highly matrixed organisation, collaborating closely within your team with graphic designers, developers, adtech stakeholders and performance marketers.
Position Summary :
- Execute the B2B content strategy of TIL - blogs, social media, videos, emailer copy etc. that will be published on owned and 3rd party channels
- Collect, structure, analyse and present data in whitepapers, articles and reports in an editorial-like capacity
- Gather and synthesize existing research, and write summaries for internal consumption
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for gathering, processing and presentation of data and analysis for brand content creation. Streamline processes to improve these activities overtime
- Maintain key presentations for Revenue Strategy & Analytics leadership
- Interpret data and storytelling through rich infographics
- Collaborate with cross-company/ external teams on specific communication or creative projects, which may include external pitches and client discussions
- Build knowledge content for internal communications to ad sales teams
- Work with internal technical teams to develop strong domain understanding
- Be on top of latest trends and topics in AdTech, MarTech and Digital Marketing
- Track Competition activity and maintain competitive advantage through content
- Incorporate SEO recommendations into the content to drive traffic
- Monitor content traction and engagement metrics, maintain dashboards and meet traffic, lead-generation and engagement targets
Functional Qualities desired :
- Degree in Tech/Business Management/English Language/Mass Communications
- MBA and exposure to Media & Entertainment/Advertising industry is an advantage
- Candidates with a strong domain understanding of AdTech, MarTech and Digital Marketing are strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills are MUST
- Impeccable command over the English Language
- Some experience (as vendor/client) in tech industry is desired
- Good understanding of digital tools and technologies like Wordpress/CMS, SEO and Web Analytics
Candidate Profile :
- 3 - 5 years of experience with consulting firms and advertising agencies
- Understanding of adtech, digital publishing and media, programmatic industry is crucial for this role, demonstrable through work experience
- Digital savviness along with a flair for creative writing mixed with an aptitude for tech and data
- High attention to detail with ability to visualise art and copy together
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and assimilate multiple views
