Manager - Accounts  Position Summary :  Manage / execute IND-AS conversion and implementation for the company.  - Manage/execute IFC requirement and coordinate for internal audit (MAS)  - Co-ordinate with subsidiaries for consolidation of Accounts for Statutory Audit.  - Identify and develop opportunities; manage accounts (depending on requirement)  - Coach junior team members, encourage technical excellence and learning  - Integrate with other IND- AS implementation partner and staunchly be involved in knowledge exchange.  - Contribute to thought leadership and participate in knowledge sessions.  Candidate Profile :  - Good academic record (1st/2nd time passes for ICAI or equivalent)  - Strong IND-AS knowledge and interpretation skills.  - Ability to explain complex accounting and financial reporting issues simply  - Advisory mindset, ability to develop solutions for the client with support from technical subject matter experts  - Specific financial reporting experience preferred in any previous assignment.  - Good command in XL   - Good communication skills  - Background (essential and desired)   - Education (essential and desired)   CA qualified (or equivalent e.g. CPA/ICAEW/ACCA)
