Position Summary:
The Revenue Strategy team plays the role of the backbone of TIL's AdSales and Corporate Strategy. Systems, Products, Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Pricing and anything else needed for the success of AdSales and Corporate Strategy is done by members of this team who are largely independent functional experts, with expertise in one or more of the domains mentioned above.
Times Internet does AdSales across multiple channels such as direct buying, indirect/network buying. Programmatic, Self-Serve, Audience Targeting etc.
The Growth Manager within the Revenue Strategy team would be responsible for acquisition of quality and high ARPU/LTV clients across all these channels, with most of the focus being on self-serve/long-tail clients.
Candidate Profile:- Passionate Expert in ABM/CRM, Inbound, Content and B2B verticals of marketing, Ability to profile and segment accounts clearly and have differentiated strategies for each segment of clients
- Design and Operate long term funnels (spanning months), of first-touch, lead, qualified lead, prospect/suspect, customer, engaged/repeat/loyal customer
- Provide customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through usability studies, and suggesting new features and product innovations to improve key metrics.
- Utilizing data to answer some of the troubling - whys. For example - Why are users dropping off at the onboarding experience? Why is the retention curve dipping drastically after D6? Then, helping prioritize growth initiatives and product changes based on these insights.
Background (essential and desired):- Mastery over fundamentals of Multi-Channel and Multi-Attribution integrated marketing approach, being able to assign clear ROI value to each channel
- Segment customers based on profile/revenue/engagement/behavior etc and design effective targeted digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in multiple acquisition/engagement channels like Organic/SEO (Onpage/ Offpage/ Keywords/ Rankings), Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM/ Opt-In/ Open/ Conversion/ Drip Campaigns / HubSpot / Mailchimp), Display \Programmatic (DV360, Video Ads, interactive ads, retargeting), B2B Search (Google Ads), B2B Social (LinkedIn/Twitter Content Promotion and Lead Campaigns, preferably Quora/Reddit etc).
- Also the ability to acquire and work with third-party B2B database and marketing companies
