Content Manager - Product Marketing
- Translate marketing strategies into persuasive copy recommendations, and develop concepts to support marketing goals.
- Conduct audience research using surveys and interviews to understand how to position ET's specific products/services to specific audience groups.
- Depending on the campaign goals and the audience persona, devise highly persuasive and compelling email marketing copies to boost engagement with online campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute sound creative ideas for email, digital, social, print collateral, video and other marketing communications
- Offer team members innovative advice and solutions from industry examples & experiences
- Support development of editorial guidelines for marketing communications across emails, push notifications, onsite/in app messaging and digital ads.
- Can work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlines with appropriate support.
- Oversee design of design creatives that will complement your copy-writing efforts.
- Accept editorial direction and feedback with grace.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's.PG degree, preferably with English, Journalism or Marketing focus.
- Minimum 5+ years of full-time experience in copywriting in the advertising or digital marketing space. Ad agency experience for digital campaigns is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of email, push notifications, social media copywriting.
- Demonstrated ability to infer audience needs & create compelling copies that aligns with the overall marketing/advertising strategy.
- Strong creative and conceptual vision; Capacity to listen and a can-do attitude
- CRM and/or Loyalty experience preferred, but not necessarily required.
