This position would responsible for handling key markets of Markets - Delhi, Rajasthan, UP, UK and for driving key national projects for enhancing equity and engagement with TOI Brand as well as development of new initiatives to acquire new audience and enhanced monetization across omnichannel platforms. The core areas for the position would be: Brand Strategy, Brand Communications, Monetization and Digital/Social Marketing

Job Description

- Develop insights-based initiatives using analytics for enhancing Brand's equity and engagement

- Drive creative strategies and creative development with agency partners.

- Analyse data and provide insights for opportunities - for growth in new reader cohorts and enhanced engagements with existing readers for growth in circulation as well as for revenue augmentation.

- Identify new growth opportunities for the Brand by developing ideas for new audience aggregation across new platforms, beyond current paradigms

- Drive Social/Digital marketing strategy for the campaigns.

- Work with external partners for development and execution of media plans and on-ground activation.

- Create and enhance strategic IPs and work with internal and external teams to get sponsors on board for the same.
