Responsibilities includes:
- Managing the High Net Worth Real Estate developers of the assigned territory
- Achieving the Monthly / Annual Business targets assigned in terms of selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships including sale of new initiatives
- Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth Real Estate developers
- Individual Business Contributor role with clearly assigned monthly sales targets
- One point contact for all requirements of High Net worth Real Estate developers
- Acquisition & Servicing of High Net Worth customers
- Effective Liasoning with internal departments / stake holders to ensure superior customer experience
Job Requirements :
- Education : Post Graduate/Professional Degree
- Minimum 6-7 years of work experience in International Property Consultants, Media Houses, Online portals preferably in Business Development / Sales
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Developers and in roads with the biggest Real Estate Developers
- Superior Relationship Management & service focus Skills
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills.
- Should have a good knowledge of making effective PowerPoint Presentations
