Job Description:
- Lead a team of ASM & Account Managers & achieve the sales / revenue target from new clients.
- Responsible for overall growth.
- Creating sales strategy & growth plan to increase productivity.
- Cost analysis and cost allocations
- Responsible for business growth, and working as profit centre head.
- Responsible for overall target, reviewing the performance
- Coordinating with Product & Pricing committee for new product launches & implementing new plans.
- Responsible for sales promotions.
- Preparing Sales & Marketing forecast, allocating yearly, quarterly & monthly targets for the entire team
- Coordinating with central Marketing team, Branding team for preparation of Regional marketing & branding plans along with overall public relations activity.
Pre-requisites
- Exposure in Corporate sales. Experience in retails sales would be plus
- Demonstrable work experience and success credentials.
- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.
- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required.
Salary Range: 11 - 15 LPA
