- Brand Capital is initiating a Accelerator program for promoting Start-up ecosystem in East and are looking for people who can run the same.

Job Descriptions :

Lead Convenor :

Responsibilities :

- Network with IITs/IIMs/NITs to source startup ideas through co-sponsored events

- Network with TIE/CII/Assocham/Industry Bodies for associations with Enterpreneurs and Startups

- Informal Mentor for Startups, co-ordinating between empanelled Mentors and startups, conveying Mentor's ideas to startups

- Co-ordination of 15-week Startup program involving Product refinement, market launch, investor funding for every startup

- Execution of financial transactions involving Accelerator picking up stake in Startups, investor picking stake in startups etc.

Key Skills and experience :

- Experience (8+ years) of working in a Business Development role for Financial Products

- Experience with an Investment Banking (E&Y TAS, KPMG, PWC etc) or Corporate Banking or Large Wealth Management Firms or Business Consulting

- Good in Communication and Networking skills

- Was responsible for Targets and Goals

- Willingness to travel within East

- Ambitious and risk-taker

Platform Co-ordinator :

Responsibilities :

- First point of contact with participating sponsors and startups during events

- Ensuring smooth planning and conduct of events

- Co-ordination for meetings and events involving various stakeholders during the year

Key Skills and experience :

- Experience of (6+ years) of working in Event Management or Business Development roles

- Experience with leading industry bodies such as CII/Nasscom et for events
