- Experience: Min 10 years.

- Someone who has done sales and moved to the L&D arena.

- Adept with developing learning modules.

- Passion to learn about our Businesses and train the Business Development department on the same.

- Fervour to drive workforce to its optimum level of performance through L&D methodologies.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Strategic Direction :

- Taking inputs from stakeholders to identify development areas, basis their business goals

- Identifying learning initiatives to match the development areas

Content Creation :

- Designing, developing & customization of training content / module in line with the business plans

- Continuous updating of existing programs

Workshop Facilitation :

- Facilitating workshops pan India

- Comfortable doing Virtual workshop

MIS and Logistics :

- Ensuring updating of database

- Participant identification and nomination

- Coordination with respective branches and verticals

- Logistics coordination with the branches / respective stakeholders

Research and Self Development :

- Knowledge of Content creation

- Certified trainer

- Developing case studies, role plays for various subjects

- Professional courses and seminars attended

- Market trends and analysis

- Professional courses and seminars attended

- Creating ABC & IRS case studies for training-based sales pitches

- Familiar with application of modern training methodology
